UPDATED: JAN 9, 2013 Clear golden orange pour with a white head. Nose is lightly acetic and fairly fruity. Notes of strawberry, lemon, bubblegum, and sugar. Slight peach, some musty oak, green apple, and perhaps white wine. Flavor is a bit vinous with some white wine notes, strawberry, sweet peach, and some sugar. Mild oak, vinegar, and lemon. Nice dry finish and a strong green apple skin flavor.
