Mighty fine bottled Perry. Great orchard aroma, not that farmyard thing you can get. Hazy lemon yellow with a little fizz. Starts with lovely fruit, not too sweet, full of pears. The finish is dry but not too intense. Excellent chilled.

On tap at Merton Winter Beer Festival ’11. Pale gold. Sweet fruit aroma and taste. Much like every other perry: gentle and easy to drink. I bottled up some of this and drank it with my Sunday lunch. I thought that twenty four hours later it had improved a point or two, which was quite surprising.
