Jun 14, 2009 Tap at the brewpub in late May 2008: Pours a cloudy orange bronze with a dense, frothy well-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet malted wheat with a touch of light citrus tartness and bready German yeast. Body starts with decent fullness and wheaty sweetness with a touch of clove and a nice balance of sour lemons. Finishes crisp and semi-tart with a mildly bready complexity. An authentic and tasty Berliner Weiss.
