COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
David Stein’s last hurrah before he departs for Athen’s and Creature Comforts. This massively hopped IIPA is for the IBU freaks! Measuring in at 100 IBUs from the use of 12 different hop varieties, in a proportion of more than 3 pounds of hops/barrel!! Incredibly drinkable with potent hops throughout. Sweetness, fruitiness, and a lingering bite will all bring you back for that next sip, gulp or glass. Cheers David….Godspeed!

Draft at the source. Clear deep golden color, white edge head. Aroma of fresh pine. Taste is bright an syrupy pine resin. Decent stuff.
