decaturstevo (1971), decatur, Tennessee, USA Feb 16, 2008 On tap at T’s. Amber whit pour with light frothy head and lace. Malt and hops on the nose. Very malty flavor with decnet hop to balance it out. Semit sweet on the front. Decent carbonation and palate is pretty solid. A tad above average but very clean crisp and refreshing. Will be my beer of choice for a pint the next time I’m here. Sammy (3934), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Feb 10, 2008 On-tap at the brewpub. Dark golden with much noticeable lacing. Extra hops during conditioning brought the IBU up. Good bitterness, grapefruit, and medium mouthfeel. jsh12bama (335), Alabama, USA Feb 9, 2008 Draft. Minimal hop nose. Not much hop bite as well. Balanced beer but would have liked more hop punch. Average. alexanderj (2213), Chino Hills, California, USA Jan 1, 2008 On tap; was a little disappointed in this one. Poured a golden amber. Aroma is of flowers and citrus. Didn’t find it all that hoppy; would have liked a little more. Did manage to maintain a solid balance. KieferUGA (461), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Dec 15, 2007 Draft. 12 oz. Pours a soft orange. One figer off-white head. Aroma of citrus hops, grapefruit. Flavor is big and hoppy, but there is still a nice balance of bready malts. Finish is a lingering citrus bitterness. ElGaucho56 (386), USA Dec 15, 2007 Pours a somewhat hazy golden amber with decent head, some retention. Nose is very hoppy, leafy and skunky. A little thin on the palate, a little light biscuit malts come through but lacking enough sweetness to combat the strong peppery, medicinal hops. Still, not bad. jcwattsrugger (5223), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Oct 22, 2007 on tap-pours an off white head and slightly hazy gold color. Aroma is medium malt, secondary herbal hops.
