Cask; Seasonal.
Outstanding hoppy beer using Pilgrim and Styrian Goldings for full-flavoured satisfaction. Good body and luscious aroma. Inspired by the statues of water nymphs in York House gardens in Twickenham, known locally as the "Naked Ladies".

500ml bottle from a deli at Kew Bridge. Golden amber colour, white foam head leaving lacing and fruity hop aroma. Taste is malt, caramel, some biscuit, straw and toffee, with orangey citrus hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry lingering bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Cask at JDW WIQ, London. It pours a clean pale golden color with a minimal white head. Aroma is grassy leafy crisp with notes of grains straw and dried leaves. Taste is also quite crispy and dry with more buttering grassy notes, dried leaves and straw. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, ok

Cask at the Hope And Champion, Beaconsfield. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big yeasty, zesty citrus, grassy hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Appearance: pours clear amber with low soapy white head and lacing. aroma/taste: barley, light oak, light toffee and floral + citrus notes. palette medium hoppy aroma, low to average carbonation, medium body, medium sweetness, balanced by an average to distinct bitterness, medium duration and a watery texture. Overall: nice hoppy golden ale.

Cask at the Eagle, Cambridge. Mid-gold with a loose white head. Slight citrusy smell: grapefruit and blood orange. Pleasant but simple. Lovely sweet taste with a bitter kick in the finish: hints of pear drops and Lotus biscuit spread. Competent golden, bordering on the gorgeous.
