COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
A crisp and hoppy session bitter. Amber malt provides a pleasant biscuity edge to this pale golden-coloured ale. A blend of English and American hops add a wonderfully floral and citrus-like, long dry finish. Silver Medal in the Bitters category at the Great British Beer Silver award in the Bitter category at Great British Beer Festival 2007.

Cask at GBBF08. OK flowery fruitiness in the aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Good rough fruitiness in the flavour, a bit of flowery notes here as well.

UPDATED: JUN 23, 2014 Handpulled cask at JDW Stanmore. What a tasty brew for such a low gravity. Complex citric bitter hop character but well balanced. Very impressed.

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2010 A Mes rate: Cask at Baker St. ’Sporks.
Clean gold with a thin and bubbly white head. Citric hop aroma with a very slight sweetness. Straight forward hoppy stuff in the mouth with a slight chalkiness and a lovely bitter and dusty finish. Not bad.

Re-rate, cask at the Ship in Wandsworth. Excellent stuff. Clean gold with a good white head that lasts all the way down. Delicate grassy hops and good earthy malt. Really well balanced. Effortlessly drinkable. Good bitter finish that lasts well. Straight forward but really well made. Nice one Tom.

Cask. A hazy light golden beer with a thin head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt as well as citrusy hoppy notes, leading to a slightly bitter finish.

Very bitter, but not tiring, nice floral aroma, and interesting bubbly consistence, although not my style.
