COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Greenville Pale Ale is a traditional American style Pale Ale, rooted in the Pacific Northwest brewing heritage. The light colored medium bodied ale uses whole flower cascade hops with all natural two row barley malt. This produces a light Pale Ale that explodes with rich full flavor. This refreshing ale has an immediate floral-citrus taste that comes from using the cascade hops.

Dark amber pour with a moderate off-white head. Aroma is very light with a little sweetness, malt and a little hops. Flavor is a little sweet, a little sticky, and a bit dry at the end. Not my favorite, but decent brew.

Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a bright golden amber color with an enormous creamy orange-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet, tangy and fruity with citrus and a bit of green onion. The flavor was tangy and malty with sour caramel, green onion and fruity hops. Long sour caramel and green onion finish. Medium body. Meh.

Can. Pours rich orange leaned away from golden, a dense and creamy Orval-type head. Nose is mostly caramel and a little too sweet, medium body more of the same, touch sugary with mild citrus undercurrent, lightly grainy with subtle perfumed notes. Very light spice/pretzel, not offensive, just pretty bland.

Pours a dark amber. Has a light malt and hop aomra (closer to an amber ale). Taste is mostly malty, with some hops, caramel, and grains. A mix of a sweet and lightly bitter malt aftertaste.

Fresh can. Golden-amber colored body, medium sized off-white head, spotty lacing. Light grainy malts, soft citrus, florals, and earthy bitterness, a touch of caramel. Medium to light bodied with a semi-dry to semi-sweet vibe throughout, mild bitterness in the finish. A clean, easy drinker with decent flavor.

Poured from a can into a narrow glass to drink. The beer had a somewhat hazy deep copper-orange color with a good-sized foamy off-white head with good retention, but lighter cling and lacing. Its aroma had subtle notes of pine and citrus along with a bit of grainy hops and yest, but was a bit underdeveloped overall. The taste was modestly bitter with notes of citrus and grain, some floral components and had a slight sour touch. It was a fairly lively beer with good carbonation and a dry mouthfeel with average thickness.

7/26/15. Can. Pours hazy light orange with a nice head. Ctitrus fruit nose with a touch of biscuit. Very solid APA with great malt hop alcohol balance. Wish it was available in NC. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Hooked, OCMD. Mild malt aroma, light fruity-floral hop notes with a bit of biscuit. Medium golden dark amber hazy with foamy lacing off-white head. Medium body with medium-high carbonation. Moderately sweet start with caramel, neutral fruit, and a bit of Belgian flair. Finish is medium bitter with lingering sweetness.

A nice fairly average beer that is easily drinkable. Decent dark orange pour w/ a white head that leaves spotty lacing. The aroma is subtle w/ some sweetness & hops coming through. The taste is sweet upfront & finishes a bit bitter. Has a good soft mouthfeel. Not bad!
