RedSox2004 (175), Pacific Palisades, California, USA Aug 17, 2008 Updated: Aug 30, 2008On tap at Cromwells in Wilmington. Light golden color, one-finger head with nice lacing. Light hops aroma and flavors with a nice balance of sweetness from the malts. Soft on the palate like a good pilsener should be. Lots of carbonation and a pleasantly bitter hops aftertaste. Cruzan59 (149), Lititz, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 26, 2008 Draft at Catch 54 Fish House, Fenwick Island, DE...pours yellowish-amber, white head...light grassy aroma, some citrus...flavor was much of the same, mild hops, crisp, refreshing...nothing major, but drinkable...decent summer beer. GMCC2181 (410), Bear, Delaware, USA May 14, 2008 On tap at the brewery. Not much on the old factory, but what it lacks in aroma it makes up for in taste. Very clean and refreshing lager. Good beer! BeerJew (1), Wilmington, Delaware, USA does not count Jan 31, 2008 I will be honest, I love this beer more because I have been to the Brewery, toured it, felt the grain and the grist. It’s a familiarity with a beer that I have with nearly no other. It a an excellent color and flavor as well. axilla (942), New Providence, Pennsylvania, USA Jan 21, 2008 Pours a golden/yellow body with a big foamy white head. The aroma was grassy hops with a solid malt backbone. Flavors are somewhat asstringent at first, grassy/earhty hops, light toasted malts and some subtle citrus.
