2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at Buckleys in Greenville. Found the aroma to be grainy for a pilsener. color is gold with an average white head. There is a bit of lemony hop in the taste but the finish is on the grainy side.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: AUG 30, 2008 On tap at Cromwells in Wilmington. Light golden color, one-finger head with nice lacing. Light hops aroma and flavors with a nice balance of sweetness from the malts. Soft on the palate like a good pilsener should be. Lots of carbonation and a pleasantly bitter hops aftertaste.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at the brewery. Not much on the old factory, but what it lacks in aroma it makes up for in taste. Very clean and refreshing lager. Good beer!

0.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
I will be honest, I love this beer more because I have been to the Brewery, toured it, felt the grain and the grist. It’s a familiarity with a beer that I have with nearly no other. It a an excellent color and flavor as well.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a golden/yellow body with a big foamy white head. The aroma was grassy hops with a solid malt backbone. Flavors are somewhat asstringent at first, grassy/earhty hops, light toasted malts and some subtle citrus.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap-at the brewery. Cloudy golden color w/a slight white head. Some hop & citrus aroma. Fresh, clean, crisp, doughy flavor w/just the right amount of hops. Very effervesent-kind of jumps out & grabs you. Very refreshing-a lot of flavor for a pilsner. A little bit of a malt finish. Very nice.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Unfiltered pilsner which add novelty value. I found the beer to be bitter, but I like bitter. Well rounded session beer but nothing outstanding.
