Jun 7, 2007 Draft at the restaurant. Pours a crystal clear medium gold. Thin but determined white rim of mousse with decent legs. Grass and hay and cookie dough on the nose. Caramel and a bit of malt sugar on the mid-palate, along with repeats of the nose notes. Medium body and light carb. Light finish. More robust and dimensional than many a kolsch, but not to be confused with an over-the-top beer. Great stuff.
