Bottle sampled on 11/8/06: Pours a nearly opaque dark mahogany with a thin covering of light tan head. Aroma of rich espresso beans and dark chocolate with some roasty notes and sweet malt. Body starts lightly caramely sweet with a lot of good espresso character and dark chocolate. A nice brew. hopdog (4657), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 9, 2006 Bottle. Poured a dark black color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of coffee latte, roast, vanilla and light smoke. Tastes of latte, roast, chocolate, and light vanilla. I’m a sucker for coffee beers. hopscotch (4595), Vero Beach, Florida, USA Mar 10, 2007 Bottle... O-Town Throwdown... Poured dark, sits black in the glass with a small, creamy, khaki head. Vanilla, cocoa, espresso nose with a smidgen of oxidation. Mildly sweet flavor with lots of coffee and chocolate. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Chocolaty finish. Thanks to Crosling for his generosity!
