Bottle share at the Pig in Boca. Snifter. Lighter colored IPA pour with a thin white head. Some lacing. Aroma of muddy pine, must, grasses, and I guess carrots. (Maybe my brain...who knows.) The taste was an average IPA. I think you get a little carrot flavor however carrots really donít have a ton of flavor to begin with. Somewhat balanced. Normal IPA finish. Nothing exciting.

hazy straw color with eggshell colored foam; aromas of citrus and a hint of carrot sweetness and veg. Itís not over the top IPA bitter, blends well with the slightly earthy carrot notes. In fact, carrot is barely detectable. Itís tasty, but nothing overwhelming.

Bomber. Pours a hazy golden yellowish color with a descent foamy head. Nose is fresh hops. Taste is rather ill defined without any deep or true flavor, but does taste like a handful of veggies from the garden patch. Finishes blandly and oddly, at a loss with this one, but to be fair accompanied by a sandwich with jalapeŮos that threw off my palate. Quaff Score 6 / 10

Pours a hazy golden yellow with a white head and aroma of hops and fruits. Taste is a fruity hop flavor, grapefruit, straw, herbal notes, and light carrot that comes together interestingly.

Bottle from Gator Beverage. Pours a hazy gold with big fluffy white head. Aroma of sweet grapefruit mostly, some pine, no evidence of carrots. Flavor is mostly very sweet citrus, some slight bitter pine, but mostly a sweet focus. No carrots here. Rather light bodied with plenty if carbonation. This was just a standard run of the mill IPA but not bad.

Really enjoyable. Light carrots taste (although even a heavier taste would work for me) and good drinkability. I would have this again.Something different for sure.

Slightly hazy straw yellow, with a rocky/foamy white head. Earthy-ish IPA aroma of floral and grassy/leafy hops, with a big accompaniment of sweet pale malts, light caramel, and, because of the planted thought of the label description, a subtle tone of steamed carrots. Flavor was much the same. Started kinda grassy and floral hoppy with not much in the way of typical IPA bitterness (more like pale ale bitterness), with a sweet pale grain undertone, a little caramel, and again, some sweet steamed carrots. Iím not sure if I would have guessed carrots if it had not been on the label or billed as a Carrot IPA, but now that I know itís there, I definitely taste it. In all, a decent, dryish, lightly bitter and kinda grassy/floral IPA, nothing out of the ordinary, but then it has a subtle steamed carrot kick. Fun little gimmick that tasted swell.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale orange with a large, frothy and foamy white head, medium to long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is cereal and biscuit malt, pine and resin hops with light citrus notes, some light tropical fruity esters. Flavor is moderate hops and bitterness, spicy notes with fruity esters and a light malt background with a dry finish. Medium-light body and moderate carbonation. I cannot really say I smell or taste the carrots here; they are probably more of a coloring agent than anything else.

Aroma is at first grapefruity, but I definitely get some carrot. Hoppy bitterness at the finish, maybe a bit of carrot (maybe). A bit of a strange mint flavor. Kind of all over the place, but not a bad beer.

Pour out of 750 mL bottle, thanks a ton to Doodler! Pour is hazy yellow with white head,, nice looking. Aroma has notes of carrot juice, fleshy gourds, some earthy notes, slight biscuit, bread and yeast, touch of some slight citrus notes as well, this is unique. Taste is some sweet shredded carrots, cooked carrots, some nice citrus notes, finishing fairly sweet but fairly bitter.
