COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Honey Brown Ale has a chocolaty nose with a little fruit and some roast in the second half and finish. It has a vibrant, deep brown color with a foamy head. Local Wildflower Honey provides a little sweetness, but the addition is very subtle, far in the background. This beer is full of sweet malt flavors and has a decent amount of hops to round it out.

Aroma was honey mixed with cedar. Poured reddish brown, with a thin, tiny head. Flavor was malty, with hints of maple. Carbonation seemed a little low. Pleasant, sweet finish.

12oz bottle pours dark brown with amber edges and thin tan head. It left a pretty decent sediment layer on the bottom of the bottle for a fairly fresh Brown Ale. The mild aroma offers up whiffs of roasted malts, a touch of yeast, nuttiness and a bit of earthy maltiness. The taste is pretty creamy with a mix of roasted malts, sweet nuttiness and a thin layer of earthiness. At times a bit of dark roasted malts is noticed too. Decent enough brown.

(12oz bottle thanks to Mora2000) clear brown with creamy tan head. Nose of honey, nuts, a bit of florals (hibiscus?), and caramel. Taste is nutty, chocolate, and has a creamy finish. A bit dry as well. Nice brown ale.

Quite similar to the other. Very enjoyable not many things to say about it. Nice aroma too.

Poured from bottle into shaker glass. Slightly rocky tan head on a dark brown body. Aroma is of rich, dark malts, with a little hops sneaking through. It had a pleasant roasty maly flavor with just barely enough hops to balance. An ok beer, but nothing that WOWed me.

A lighter styled brown ale, with a bit of a nutty caramel nose. Bittersweet honey in the background of the malt profile, with a bit of a black tea flavor going on as well. Just enough roastiness, not bad, but not great.

Looks good. There is very little honey in aroma or flavor. A bit of malt, no nuts, some sweetness but not from the honey. Ehh.

Bottle from the brewery, pours deep brown with a thin head, chocolate, honey and a little golden fruit on the nose, nutty and malty body, finish has chocolate, malt and grassy hops. Well balanced and tasty.
