COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Honey Brown Ale has a chocolaty nose with a little fruit and some roast in the second half and finish. It has a vibrant, deep brown color with a foamy head. Local Wildflower Honey provides a little sweetness, but the addition is very subtle, far in the background. This beer is full of sweet malt flavors and has a decent amount of hops to round it out.

(Bottle) Pours a brown color with a small tan head. Aroma of light caramel. Taste is pretty similar, with some toffee. Sweet, but thin bodied. Not particularly well balanced either, but I would drink it again.

The aroma is inviting with toffee, honey, and a touch of chocolate. The appearance is medium brown with a small head. The taste is like the aroma with a nasty chemical bitterness in the finish. The palate is average. Overall a little disappointing.

Bottle. A lighter brown color with minimal head. Not a very thick, brown ale and the flavors were less than intense. A very light brown ale in both taste and viscosity. Maybe that’s why I didn’t mind it all that much.

Pours a plain-jane brown. Aroma is astringent and off, but there’s some light caramel and wood behind the weirdness. Tastes....brown? Mildly hoppy in the finish, but very little about this beer left much of an impression at all. Drinkable.
