Jan 1, 2010 Bottle from ericandersnavy. Pours dark gold with a multifinger foamy off-white head. Lots of hop aroma - seems to be mixed citrus/pine. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is fruity/floral hop over light malt. It is just excellent. Quite tasty.

Dec 30, 2009 This beer pours a copper color with a thin white head. The aromas are citrus and light pine. This beer stats slightly wet hoppy and ends the dame way. Nothing remarkable about this beer, it is rather dull. Cheers!

Dec 29, 2009 bottle courtesy of boomer0183. thought this would have a higher score than this! very quaffable, reminds me of a nice saison with some of the hop profile, the mouthfeel and light crispness of this brew. nice clear or hazy pour with a dense creamy head with excellent retention. very clean in the back palate, i wouldn’t mind more of this at all.

Dec 17, 2009 Not sure why this beer isn’t rated higher. Very close to a Racer 5. Clean, crisp, piney, and fairly hoppy. I can’t stand the malt bomb IPA’s and this is not one of those. Overall pretty nice.

Dec 13, 2009 Bottle courtesy of ericandersnavy. Pours a hazy bright caramel orange color with massive two finger foamy head that settles quickly but laces the glass. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of caramel, grapefruit, honey, citrus, floral hops, light pine, some floral esters. Flavor is sweet and floral with notes of floral hops, grapefruit, pine, fresh ripe fruit, honey, caramel, light floral esters. Medium body with a floral hop finish.

Nov 24, 2009 The Dan Journal #306. Tasted 9/27/09. 12oz bottle. Hazy and sedimented. Soapy and citrus aromas. All hops. Medium bodied with toasty malts and a huge, bright bitterness. Very dry finish. Lotta sediment in the later half. Tasty, but not overly complex.

Nov 8, 2009 Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Real fresh grapefruit, floral aroma that lit up the nose. Copper body with decent head. If the flavor would have been like the aroma, this beer could have been a "5". But the flavor was a decent IPA - citrusy. Cool and crisp on the palate. Good brew. Thanks, Eric, for the opportunity to try this one!
