Head is mostly lasting.
Body is black.
Aroma is moderately malty (roasted grain, coffee), with notes of raw wood, charcoal, alcohol, and bourbon.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Fairly nice, a bit raw-woody in the nose, but nicely balanced.
