Brewed in the traditional style, this unique blonde ale comes through with a subtle hop flavor derived from a careful blend of German noble varieties. Featuring 4 types of light two row malted barley and a very generous addition of 100% pure Iowa honey, this beer is appropriate any time of year and for any occasion. Straw colored, light bodied, delicately balanced and a floral hint in the nose, this brew is exceptionally drinkable. Careful though, looks can be deceiving. The added honey not only adds a unique dimension to the beer but also ups the fermentable sugars; quaff judiciously and enjoy thoroughly.
