COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crafted for those who find their life to be less than predictable. This complex Belgian-style wheat beer is a tribute to the often crooked nature of our existence. Coriander, Orange Peel and Hops entertain your tongue and conjure up spicy, sweet and bitter moments that carry us beyond happily ever after.

Cloudy light pale. Banana aroma. Sips big banana. This IS. Wit right? I mean this thing is banana rama! Big carbonation, which is nice. Nice hop balance. Medium to full bodied. This is not your typical white wheat. I would say it’s more of a hefeweizen. In any event it’s tasty.

Serving: from tap at Smarty Pants. Aroma: slight citrus aroma. Appearance: very small, white, initial head that quickly disappeared. No lacing. Cloudy, flat, dark-yellow body. Taste: slightly sweet and citrusy initial flavor and lightly sour, grapefruit-like finish with average duration. Palate: light body, watery texture and lively-to-fizzy carbonation. Overall: very good. Refreshing.

On tap @ Two Beers taproom. Pours dark cloudy golden with thin head. Aroma is spice and citrus. Taste is much the same... mild sweet orange and mango notes followed by light peppery spice with a slight dry hoppy finish. Just a little tart too. Bright, delicious, and super refreshing. One of the best from Two Beers.

Golden in color, hazy with a thin head. Wheat malt and Belgian yeast aroma. The sweet coriander and Orange peel add and balance the hops. This is a nice spicy and light sweet brew.

WA Belgianfest. One of my favorites there. Pours orange yellow with no head. Aroma of orange and coriander. Dry, crisp palate with tobacco and citrus peel in the taste.

8/23/08 On draught at the Laughing Buddha Mini-Beerfest. Aroma is light tart citrus with a moderate peppery note. Appearance is hazy yellow-orange with a moderate maintained white head. Flavor is sweet, citrusy and relatively light. Mouthfeel is low bodied with a spritzy carb texture. Overall, quite good, very easy drinking.

Light bronze-blond with nice lather of head. Clear--this lacks the cloudy unfiltered appearance typical of wits. Distinct coriander and mild wheat aromas. Good body, easy drinking coriander and wheat. Crisp, refreshing, a touch of pepperiness, but uncomplex. Lacks citrus notes.
