Commercial Description:
Crafted for those who find their life to be less than predictable. This complex Belgian-style wheat beer is a tribute to the often crooked nature of our existence. Coriander, Orange Peel and Hops entertain your tongue and conjure up spicy, sweet and bitter moments that carry us beyond happily ever after.

8/23/08 On draught at the Laughing Buddha Mini-Beerfest. Aroma is light tart citrus with a moderate peppery note. Appearance is hazy yellow-orange with a moderate maintained white head. Flavor is sweet, citrusy and relatively light. Mouthfeel is low bodied with a spritzy carb texture. Overall, quite good, very easy drinking.

Light bronze-blond with nice lather of head. Clear--this lacks the cloudy unfiltered appearance typical of wits. Distinct coriander and mild wheat aromas. Good body, easy drinking coriander and wheat. Crisp, refreshing, a touch of pepperiness, but uncomplex. Lacks citrus notes.
