COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You asked for it, so we brewed it! We took our flagship Evo IPA, increased the malt bill, and added even more of the best Yakima Valley Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, and Columbus hops to give this double IPA a piney, citrus aroma.

Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate citrus (orange and tangerine), light grapefruit, a touch of floral notes, and faint caramel. It pours a hazy dark orange with a two finger cream colored head that has good retention. There are a lot of sticky rings left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with moderate-heavy citrus notes of orange and tangerine along with a light fruitiness. There is some light caramel in the middle. The finish has moderate grapefruit and floral hops. Itís medium bodied with soft carbonation and mouthfeel. Overall, I generally donít like caramel flavors in IIPAs, but the light caramel flavor in this one seems to work for me.

Bomber. Mostly clear dirtier orange, off-white foam settles and breaks. Floral grapefruity c-malt aroma. Taste is mouth watering citrus grapefruit and a little too much sticky sweet caramel/toffee malt. Softer carbonation, medium bodied, well hopped. Fresh and clean but hardly a double. Almost an Impy makes it: NFL (Not For Lagerboys)

Nice west coast dbl ipa! Poured a nice hazy copper with a lingering off white head! Blasted by citrus hops in the nose really fools you as take a sip, and you run into a wall of bitterness! I really enjoyed this ipa!

Bottle from Legacy Liquor, Vancouver; 7.8% ABV
Cloudy orange color with small head. Nice aroma of hops, delicate, citrusy. Dry, lean, toffeish, with strong bitterness, soft resins, and plenty of citrus fruits. This 1Ĺ IPA is fresh and dangerously drinkable!

Boom. A big, fresh, weedy aroma turning to juicy tangerine. Smooth with a mild bitterness amongst the sweetness of the malt. Very good stuff really. Warm in my belly.

Bomber: Aroma is big on hops, and no discernible malt notes in the scent. Appearance is a lightly reddish hue with a thick white head that lingers. Taste is got those hops but more subdued than in the aroma. Palate is medium carbonation with an aftertaste of hard candy and hops. Overall, Itís alright. I donít like the hops in this one for some reason. Cheers!

Bottle - Big candy malts and piney hops with a touch of booze. Clearish orange/pink with an off white rich but small head. Big piney hops, with balancing sweet malts but the candy boozy finish is a medicinal. Not bad, but the finish doesnít sit well with me.

Cloudy orange color. Average head but solid body. Nice blend of hops for flavor not just bitterness.
