In a can. Session beer with a moderate amount of hops but not something that's overly complex. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

"Nice well balanced pale. Maybe a touch too much biscuit malt. Hops are fairly bright and lively if a little ivershadowed. Bitter in the finish. Grapefruit and biscuit."

This pale ale from Two Beers pours a great crystal clear copper (think a gleaming copper mash tun)with a foamy eggshell white head which leaves behind fantastic lacing. Malty aroma of caramel with a subtle use of hops. A smooth full body reveals big malty graham flavors well balanced by a clean bitter finish of pine & citrusy lemon. A satisfying pale ale. Nicely balanced pale. Pours copper in color. Good malty taste and hoppy flavor, perfectly proportioned. For what this beer aims to be, a job well done. Solid B/B+. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Could not control the pour on this beer. The head was like ice cream and the smallest addition to the glass caused it ti expand exponentially. The carbonation effected every aspect of the experience. Beer was cloudy, expected to see a yeast layer on the bottom but there was none. Fail.

Crisp, bright copper tinted orange coloured body with a dense, two centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of pale malt, a hint of light grassy and herbal hops, with a tiny bit of sugars. Medium-bodied; Grassy and very herbal note of hops up front that fades immediately to a good malt note and very little else. Aftertaste is watery with not much else going on aside from the faintest of malts and a tiny bit of grassy hops. Overall, a pretty mild and unobtrusive beer - not necessarily a good thing, but this one is right down the centre. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Pear Delicatessen in Seattle, Washington on 11-February-2013 for US$1.70 sampled at home in [the real] Washington on 16-February-2013.
