Restrained aroma with a slightly cloudy golden colour. The taste is an interesting combination of crisp with a slight tinge of sour. An interesting beer that leaves one pondering the grains used in its creation.

On ap at Archive Beer Boutique June 2013. Hazy looking in the glass with a tidy white head. Refreshingly hoppy with a slight hint of spice in the finish.

Bottle from Beer Cartel (May 2014). Hazy amber, 1cm off-white head, corn and lime characters evident, floral hop aromas, juicy-sweet citrus, passionfruit, bready malt, light body, thin, slightly watery texture, low bitterness, medium sweetness, abrupt finish, good summer beer. Nice.

Pour from bottle. Golden amber pour, somewhat cloudy, with an off white head. Corn, wheat, lime, slightly floral, and some hops. Ok, not something I would normally buy.

Hazy yellow colour with medium white head. Sweet lemon/lime smell with spicy aromatics. Light spritzy body. Taste is slightly sweet but refreshing with lime, wheat and maize flavours present. Clean finish. Nice.

Wasn't sure about this beer pre-drink. Didn't even know its variety. Reckon it more of a lager but it is still a great beer. Nice aroma before a taste of lime and corn chips. Very refreshing with great taste. 500ml bottle. 2.1std drinks. 5.2% ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml bottle. Pours a hazy medium gold, with a large white head, which lasts well and leaves decent lacing. Tortilla crisps, lime, coriander and a touch of spice make up the aroma. Spicy hops and lime zest up front give way to a light white bread body. Coriander and lime give it a crisp finish. This is an odd beer, in some ways like Mexico’s answer to witbier. It would be great with a burrito though.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. This is a classy beer. The nose is vibrant passionfruit and it looks the part of a good lager. Quite tropical and juicy with that familiar lager yeast taking a back seat. Quality stuff

Very hoppy for a wit, almost to the extent of being unrecognisable for the style. Dry, spicy but a little lean. I like the take on the style but it doesn’t quite hang together for me.
