Very hazy dingy golden. An off white small head. Mostly fruitbin the nose with some funk. Fruit flavor with sulfur and that funk. This is tasty.

bottle-pours dark clear orange with a small fizzy white head that resides around the rim of the glass-nose of cherries, vinegar, lite must, barnyrard, wood, and alot of pungent vinegar for a sour beer. however with that said, the nose is quite interesting. flavors are bright vinegar cherries, lite wood, very tart and lots of sourness. this is pretty decent but not to the best of the style. it may mature over a few years in the bottle and im glad i got another bottle to sample in a few years. Overall, i would say this is a great attempt from this brewery.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of kristina. Pours golden with an off-white head. Tart acetone aroma with quite some Brett and a sweet oaky edge. Medium body, sweet overripe fruit, heavy acetone and sweet oak. A little baking yeast, but actually not too bad. 260412

amber pour with a thin white head. aroma is apple cider, light vinegar, little bit of vanilla. flavour is fruity sourness in the sttart, transitioning into a light earthy musty funk. Get a bit of wood in the finish.

Pours slightly hazy gold with off white head. Aroma of citrus, acid, brett. Nice sour flavor, good carbonation. Pretty good sour from Two Brothers.

Another brew thanks to Terminus at the Annual Black Friday tasting. It pours clear copper with an off white head. The aroma offers up tart apples, vinegar and acidic notes. The taste is similar with solid vinegar flowing into tartness and acidity. It has some tart green apple notes in the background. Big tart and acidic notes here.

Looks like cider vinegar in my snifter, thin white head, aroma of brett, funky, slight vinegar tart apples and some grape as well. Flavor is definately tart, some vinegar, sour grape and apple taste, perhaps some tart berry flavors as well. I was a bit intimidated with this being my first sour, but it was enjoyable.

Shared by BDR, Skyview Tasting, Nov. 11, 2011. I liked this a little more than the other guys. Lots of yeast in the aroma with some vinegar. Flavor is sour with yeast. Cloudy gold appearance, and some floral character with dry oak.

Bottle via someone a while ago in a trade as an extra. (Got a few bottles) Pours an opaque orange with big white head. The head lingers then disappears after about 3 minutes. Nose is a bit odd with Concord grapes and some sour notes. Taste is tons of Concords and lacto acid with a tiny funk finish. Nice beer but isn’t something amazing. Nice to see a brewery I don’t hear much from doing a nice wild/sour that doesn’t gush.
