My nose is stuffy from cleaning out the musty basement, so I donít get much besides spiciness from wheat malt, the spices or Belgian yeast, maybe all three. Pours a burnished gold under a slightly yellow-orange head. Taste remains pretty high on spices, I get more of the coriander than the pepper others are picking up. Cascade, I think, hops are mostly a suggestion. Main focus is on spices, but well done. Possibly mingled with wheat and Belgian yeast. A good dinner or cheese beer. I get just a touch of citrus from orange peel toward the end.

Aroma is citrus, spices and a slightly off sweetness. The flavor is grapefruit, spices/coriander, hop resin, wheat/malts and a dryish/bitter finish.

12 oz. bottle. Hazed orange color with a medium white head. Aroma of generic hops and coriander. Mild spice and spicy yeast. Mild sweetness. Flavor is generically bitter with some orange peel. Medium bodied. Average carbonation. I donít have anything else to say. Meh.

This stuff calls itself a white IPA but just tastes like kind of a crumby IPA of the generic variety. It is very cloudy w/ a thin white head and lots of lace. Its nose is sweet orange and woody pine. Taste is kind of sweet and sloppy though there is a nice touch of citrus which seems like itís from coriander. The sweetness does come w/ a nice touch of crackery malt character but not really enough to justify the heaviness on the plate. It finishes bitter w/ some lingering sugar on the tongue. I might be getting some slight spice and some fruitiness from this from a witbier yeast strain and the orange peel and coriander added but pretty much every flavor in this could be attributed to hops.

12 oz. bottle poured to a goblet, showing a hazed, orangey gold color, with a frothy layer of soft white head foam that diminished rather quickly to a bubbly ring & film, and left some strands & spots on the glass. A pungent expression of grapefruit & orange began the aroma, followed by touches of dough and sweetness, cookie-like malt, and just a subtle notion of coriander. Light to medium bodied, with decent carbonation, some orange peel spiced the flavor a bit, as a moderate, citrus, and more notably rind-like bitterness dominated the taste as it lingered into the finish. Light on Belgian yeast influence, which should be more key to any "white" IPA than the witbier ingredients, imo. Tasty nonetheless.

Poured from the bottle to a pint glass, Iím always looking for something different, and this was the last 6 pack on the shelf so I carried it around while I browsed. I also like to list benefits of a beer and this one benefits the field museum so thatís one (+). This is one of the best white IPA I have tried, it has a certain dry, bitter, hoppy flavor and is not sweet like others Iíve tried. It is also stronger than most 6.5% (+). I like the 2 brothers originality and this did not disappoint. Cheers!

Pour is orangish amber, mostly transparent, with a decent amount of white head. Nose is malty, syrupy sweet caramel, and notes of orange citrus. Taste is similar, a touch of stale grain, light sweet malt, moderate citrus. Medium and slightly syrupy body with gentle carb.

On tap at the brewery. Very Orange in appearance. Strong aroma of spices. Good taste, perhaps too much spice.

12oz bottle 9/22/14 (Binnyís Naperville Mix A Six)-42į in Shaker-Pours a hazy goldenish amber with a nice white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, and coriander. Taste of the same with more citrus and hops. This light bodied brew is well balanced and quite tasty.
