This beer pours a clear honey color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly. Spotty lacing. Light banana and clove aroma. Light and clean body with flavors of bananas and citrus along with sweet spices. The finish is mostly bananas with some fruity esthers left over. Slightly above average overall. Pours slightly hazy gold with lastine fizzy white head. Smell is sour wheat, and not in a great way. Taste is oddly tart wheat. Turns to foam in the mouth and is overcarbonated and probably infected. An orange/straw color with a modest white head that diminished to almost nothing.(oily glass?) The aroma was some grain along with some pleasant banana and spice(mainly clove) notes. The flavor added some malt sweetness, mellowed by a little tart citrus and a touch of vanilla. A good, light Hefe. Flavor is a bit tart and very spicy with strong citrus notes. Body is light with high carbonation.
