I detect a strong roasted note in the flavor...reminded me strongly of hog dogs. Not very sweet. Cloudy, orangy straw color. Just a touch of spice lingers at the end.

Nice, sweet, reminds me of when I was a wee lad. My family would go on picnics down by the river. Mother sang a beautiful rendition of.....wait...............wait.................... Osbourne’s "Over the Mountain." Oh, how beautiful it was.

12 oz bottle. Nice yeasty cloudy yellow beer with big yeasty aroma with sweet fruity aroma. But then a super sweet, lemon-zest of flavors, almost too much like lemonade.

(01.28.06) 12 oz brown bottle purchased from DiCarlo’s, Mundelein, IL. 4.9% ABV. Hazy deep golden yellow having a small white head with spare lacing. Soft carbonation. Spicy smoke aroma. Light-to-medium bodied that starts with light malt sweetness and spicy and smokey flavors. Finishes dry. Crisp and refreshing, this is a good drinkable wheat beer.

a nice brew from our local two bro. brewery, but not quite what i was hoping for when i ordered it. i liked it alright, but sitting next to say hacker it doesnt really hit the spot. a bit sweet, and a bit citrusy with small hints of malts. cloves and bananas were present, but not as strong as expected.

Cloudy pale orange with fair white head / medium body/ high carbonation and subdued flavors of banana, orange and clove / an understated, light, expression of this style.

Cloudy, golden with nice head. Typical hefe aroma of banana, clove, yeasty sourness. Medium bodied, big clove flavor, solid malt, hints of banana sweetness and a slight sourness. Body turns more creamy at the end of bottle. Good crisp flavor that satisfies and makes you quaff this like its going out of style. Thanks Psychprof.

An interesting flavor that I’m trying to figure out how to describe. It’s slightly peppery, slightly citrusy and slightly sweet. Nice cloudy-orange appearance.
