COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With nice, malty sweetness and a soft aroma of clove, vanilla and banana, this German-style hefe weizen is unfiltered for a glowing orange hue.

Golden blonde colkor. No head. Clearish brown color. No head. Easy drinking. Nothing special but pretty decent though

Bottle. Hazy gold body with a fizzy white head rapidly diminishing. Aroma of clove and banana with a hint of ash. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter and very lightly tart. Medium body, watery texture turning slightly sticky and lively carbonation. Taste of citrus (and lots of it), bitter clove and some sweet banana in the background. Watery body widens the gap between this and good, rich German hefeweizens. Slight nail polish taste in the finish is off-putting. Not very good.

Tap at the brewery. Hazy light goldenrod color with a thin white head. Heavy banana nose. Taste is heavy banana with a good balance of hops and malt. The yeast is delicious and Actually I would have liked just a tad more grain in the glass. Very, very good beer.

Bottle poured a clopudy gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, banana, bubblegum and clove. Palate was medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, yeast, clove and bubblegum with a crisp lingering bubblegum finish.

Yeast, grains/malts and a bit of banana/lemon in the aroma. The flavor is much the same as the aroma along with a bit of earthiness. Overall a pretty solid hefeweizen.

12 oz bottle. Pours an orange shade of gold with frothy off-white head. The aroma is bready with a little bit of lemon and banana. The flavor is surprisingly fruity, with lemon, banana, orange, even a hint of blueberry. A sweet, bready malt taste stays in the background. There is a slight tang to the finish to cut the otherwise sweet beer. It leaves an aftertaste of berries, earth, and clove. Not bad.

Bottle: pours a hazy orangish color with a medium fluffy white head. It has aromas of bananas an a spiciness, the flavor is very much a German wheat with a sweetness or something in the middle. It’s good, and a little more interesting than I thought it would be.

Poured a cloudier golden orange color. Small head. Spicy aroma with banana. Med lite sweetness, light bitter. Slck texture. Finishes dry. Taste of sweet malts, peppery spice, bananas. Not bad.
