Poured a really deep orange/copper color that got me very excited to drink it. The taste was very full and robust and had a lingering oakiness that really added to its likability. Real good.

This is a fabulous beer; I am pleased to have got an example of this limited run. This being an unfiltered beer you get all the taste and all the goodness of such brews.

22oz bottle: Pours a bright orange amber with a small froth of stringy-lacing off-white head. Aroma of sweet sugary dark caramel candy and some grapefruity hops with a touch of light fruity notes. Body starts with an almost cloying sugary sweetness that quickly gives way to an aggressively bitter and almost harsh finish. The flavoring hops seem to be masked by the amount of bittering hops, and the malt seems to be one-sided and sugary lacking the normal fullness and complexity one would expect for the style. Didn’t really sense much oak character either. Seems like a good attempt, but just needs more balance.

Pours a deep amber orange color with thidk cream-timged head. Aroma is intensely citrus mixed with pine notes. Flavor is the same earthy notes with pine and citrus undertones. Body is creamy with high carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a deep orange color with a foamy head. Flavor is fresh roasted malts, slight earthy oak flavor along with tons of fresh wet hops. Very sweet and syrupy, but in a completely solid way. Well done, probably the best brew that Two Bros has put out thus far.

Hops and lots of vegetation, quite grassy. I had this on a night when we had a half dozen beers that were barrel aged (bourbon, whisky, etc.) but were based mostly on porter/stouts or Belgian ales....and though this was aged, it was quite different, being the hoppiest beer of the night. Interesting, whereas most beers fall on a pine vs. grapefruit hoppiness, this one doesn’t fall on that spectrum so easily. Thanks Jazz88, as always.

Bomber courtesy of tytoanderso. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber with a thin off-white head that still left delicate lacing. The nose is caramel, floral hops and ripe citrus. The taste is oaky vanilla upfront with tart grapefruit, caramel malt and some resin in the finish. Medium bodied. Decent IPA – thanks Tyler!

Clear dark amber color/ fleeting head. Earthy dirt, pungent grassy hop aromas. medium body. Nice floral grassy spicy hop flavors on a sharp caramel malty base. heavy handed hop usage here pardon the pun.

Thanks to Sprinkle for the bottle! NP10V4! Hazy amber pour with a fizzy off white head. Aroma is mostly grapefruit and light oak. Thats about it for the oak as I didnt pick up much on the flavor. Flavor is toasty, citric, grapefruit, and light pine. Dry finish with a blast of earthiness and caramel

Bomber. Pours clear copper with soapy off-white head. Aromas of pine, citrus, good amount of hops, and some malty sweetness. Flavor is bitter hops, pine, citrus, light wood, and sweet malt. Finishes bitter hops, underlying malt, and light wood note. There is a fair amount of sweet malts but there is enough bitterness with the hops to balance it out. I like the BA IPAs and this one is pretty good.
