Feb 1, 2005 Lot 2854. Medium orange gold color. Small sized white fizzy head. Aroma is orange, pineapple, piney and earthy. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hopes are grapefruity, piney and floral. Very unbalanced toward the hops and somewhat resiny. Nice beer, very hoppy without being too bitter. Mouthfeel is full and round, Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is bitter and a little piney.

Jan 30, 2005 (12oz bottle, Lot 2704) Very small beige head atop hazy amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, pineapple, orange, some pine, light floral. Taste is medium sweet, pineapple, pine, grapefruit, some orange. Good bitterness, but not overwhelming. Medium body with fair amount of resin.

Jan 24, 2005 Bottle. Great grapefruit hoppy aroma. Perfect use of aroma and bittering hops. The aroma and bitter balance each other out almost perfectly. This is one of the best IPA’s that I have ever had. Thank to Bu11zeye for sharing!

Jan 22, 2005 Clear amber/orange in color with a small white head. Citrus & pine smells. Tasted apple and small hint of something else...pine perhaps? Moderatly bitter, dry finish.

Jan 17, 2005 thx to DocLock for this one. bottle, pours a cloudy amber color with virtually no head. not terribly hoppy or dry yet the presence is still there to enjoy. not a lot of carbonation here. all in all, a solid brew.

Jan 13, 2005 I couldnt identify the hops from the aroma which I thought was earthy and alittle malty. Seemed like a bitter beer that coats your tongue with bitterness but not a lot of hop aroma or flavor, both of which are important to me in a great IPA
