Orange citrus, light pine and grapefruit with a little bit of floral character. Very fresh juicy hop aroma with a bit of resiny character as well. Lean body initially but the finish is lightly sticky and sweet. Soft and fruity with a lingering herbal bitterness. A bit of breadiness on the back. Really tasty hoppy brew. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 24, 2008 22 oz bottle. Amber-orange pour with a one finger tan head. Nice balanced hop aroma with a decent sweet, toffee backbone. Alcohol comes through a little but is well hidden in the aroma. Chewy and bitter - quite well balanced but not hugely remarkable. No alcohol comes through in the flavor. Easy to drink. Floral and resiny, with a dry lemon-lime soda type finish. msante79 (814), Orland Hills, Illinois, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 22, 2008 Bomber. Pours a clear copper with fluffy light tan head. Aroma is hops with pine and citrus. Flavor is pine and citrus and tons of hops. Finsihes the warmth of the alcohol. Not as complex and bitter and some of the huge DIPA’s. This is very drinkable and smooth. Could have 4 or 5 glass of this which could be trouble with the abv. Very good beer/ Thprovider (24), Cleveland, Ohio, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 22, 2008 22 oz bottle purchased at Rozi’s in Lakewood OH. Pours a golden orange with a 1 inch, white head, nice lacing. Lots of hops in the nose, nice mix of sweetness and hops, but not a very complex double IPA. Overall, pretty solid beer. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 21, 2008 On tap at brewpub. Sort of a one note hop flavor. Nice sweet, syrup body for a DIPA, but wish it had a little more complexity in the hop profile or malt bill. BR007 (14), Strongsville, Ohio, USA

The aroma is heavenly for all you hop heads like me, cant get enough. One finger off white head, nice lacing. Nice balance between sweet and hop flavors. When I die I have asked to be embalmed with this stuff. Awesome. fiver29 (713), Cleveland, Ohio, USA
| 4.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Mar 13, 2008 Bottle pours a nice orange/amber color. Has a nice white head. Laces the glass well as you drink it. Smell like I just walked into a forest with sappy pine trees surrounding me everywhere. Tastes like sweet caramel with a nice resiny hop aftertaste. One of my favorite IIPA’s.
