| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 29, 2006 Bottled: Orange coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Herbs, flowers, pineneedles, sweetness, cocoa and other malt notes in the aroma. Flavour as weel is full of herbs, pineneedles and sweet fruity cocoa notes. Quite citric and fresh. Smooth and balanced. Is very bitter in the end. This is a beer for me. Ungstrup (15099), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 28, 2006 A slightly hazy orange beer with a small orange head. The aroma is very hoppy and grassy, while the flavor is sweet hoppy - but a somewhat herbal hoppiness, that doesn’t quite do the trick for me. The mouthfeel is slightly sticky. fbennett (293), Lowell, Massachusetts, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 23, 2006 This beer pours a medium amber, and leaves a tan lace that sticks to the sides of the glass. There is alot of sediment in the glass as well but it does not disturb (or take away) from the beer at all. As I smell this beer its floural, grassy notes, as well as some honey or maybe caramel come out, but one smell that really stands out is the plum smell as well as a faint grape essence. As I put this on my palate it just burst into hop filled satisfaction! What a great beer hop juice is correct the lemon, honey, and bitterness on my palate just worked well together, wonderful.

Taste is hoppy but cloying. I think I got an old bottle. Probably a good beer 3 months ago. Emil (6074), Copenhagen, Denmark

| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Dec 31, 2005 Fine head. A bit hazy orangeish, deep amber color. Fragrant hoppy, spicy, malty nose. Bittersweet, malty, and very hoppy flavor with hints of sweet cherry at the end. Very nice lace. Good mouth feel too. Like it more each time. Had it on draft at the Bodega where it’s gone now and don’t know if it’ll be back. Downtown La Crosse.
