Commercial Description:
Hop Juice is one of a series of special limited-run beers in styles that are more extreme or unusual. This one is a real hop blast, dripping with the resiny soul of fresh Northwest hops. Don't come crying to us if it's too much for you; this one's for hopheads only! And get it now, cause when it's gone, it's gone. Boo hoo. 22.7 Plato 100.1 IBU

shutter-buggery!?!? drank during the 4th quarter of the ’09 Superbowl .. . abv is non existent .. . very nice foam .. . wonderfully full, life’s a beach! .. . one of the sweeter IIPA’s which i really like ..also one of the smoothest IIPA’s ever .. . dark rust color .. . maple, pine cone aromas .. . that’s what we call a manatee, boys; or in nautical terms, the seacow!

From a 22oz. bottle--Poured a clear orange/copper with a small whitish head. Fruity, piny, and quite floral. Lots of chewy bubblegum. A little sweet from the malts. Not as bombastic as some big boy hop beers. Very nicely crafted and smooth considering weight.

A wonderful hop bomb. Huge aroma of grapefruit and pine. Quite4 drinkable for a IIPA. Not quite as complex as Dreadnaught, but this is some very good stuff.

Pure copper in color, excellent clarity with an average off white head. Sticky lacing throughout the drink. Nose is excellent. Lots of piney hops, lemongrass, floral citrus and sweet malt. No hint of the 10% ABV. Medium in body with a crisp, slightly tangy finish. Hard to believe this is 100 IBUs. A very good beer from this local brewery.

cask at MAnhattan Cask Ale Festival. Tried it twice, immediately after I’d tapped it and again the next day. Obviously hazy at the first sample, but cleared by the second. Both times absolutely superb piney aroma, followed by pine & citrus hop flavours, that amazingly manage to hide the alcohol burn, no mean feat at this strength. A deliciously dry, long lasting aftertaste nicely finishes off this impressive offering. Were it not for all the other new beers, could all too easily have had a session on this

Bottle. A very, very nice double hop! I loved it upon first swallow. Very drinkable for a high alcohol content beer.

Loved the floral hoppy smell with a touch of citrus and the taste to match. Nice long finish with a bit of a bite.
