This classic Belgian-style White Beer is brewed with unmalted wheat, a touch of oats, and then traditionally spiced with coriander and orange peel for a crisp, refreshing taste and spicy aroma.

"Good Witty aromas of spicy clove, lemon & orange with banana and grass. Lackluster head and lacing on top of a cloudy dark golden body. Medium bodied, balanced and satisfying. Grassy wheat, empty aftertaste and soapy finish. Good spice with faint banana and citrus. Overall this Wit falls well short of grand and settles into the realm of average."

Pours a hazy straw yellow with smallish white head and lots of lacing around the glass. Aroma is classic hefe-- citrus and coriander. Taste is mildly sweet, followed by sourness and strong yeasty aroma. Nothing on the finish. Kind of thin on the palate, but perhaps thatís standard for this style (?). Not really getting any oatiness in the malt. Overall ok, refreshing on a warm day, but not something I would seek out.

Crushed with Jakebra

Pours a hay color with a neate haziness and a decent head/lace.

The aroma is floral, a touch yeasty, with some coriander. Itís pleasant and inviting pleasantly leaving out the sun tan lotion factor.

The flavor certainly features that coriander, but itís also got a lot of nice things going on. For one itís got a nice playfully floral flavor without ever coming across as sweet. Ití keeps the citrus flavor low, but allows a nice mild orange peel like bitterness to come across. Itís lightly tart & remarkably easy to drink.

I dig it.

Standard white beer. Goes down easy and doesnít have a bitter finish. Refreshing thirst quencher after a good sweat.

Another day, another bland American wit. Nothing to see here. Move on.. Stick with the real things from Belgium. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I had this at Global Brew. Pours pale yellow with a white head. Taste citrus, spice, summery. I thought this was good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Great flavor profile. Like the idea if this crisp beer as the spring starts to warm and thought turn to summer.

Pours a hazy straw golden with a fine suspended sediment and a fluffy eggshell head that hangs out a while and leaves some foamy lace. Nose involves hearty sourdough, lavender-lilac floral spice, light citrus, maybe a touch of vanilla. Hardly sweet, a light tartness, fairly bitter. Lighter medium body, softer carb, a touch oily, a bit watery, with a lengthy drying spicy finish. I typically canít stand witbiers, but this one surprises me (because I like it) and doesnít surprise me (because itís Two Brothers). Itís refreshing and light, balanced like everything from Two Bros, the aroma isnít overly spiced. It could be beefier body-wise, but Iím glad it isnít, because thatís whatís making it work for me. Would be a good one for them to put in cans.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a thick frothy white head. Good lacing. Aroma is lemony with a clove like flavor from the Belgian yeast strain. Taste is mellow and sweet. With some kind of holiday spice mixed in and hops that somehow lead to a creamy like finish. Not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very pale yellow color. Cloudy, as it should be. Delightful aroma of lemon, orange, and coriander. Flavor is not quite as citrusy as the aroma. If I didnít know better, Iíd swear there is some smoke going on here. Itís a little different than most witbiers. More focus on the wheat and oats than it is the coriander and orange peel. Those are there, but subtle. I like it. Good balance, good taste, enough twist on the style to make it unique.
