Outlaw IPA is now available at the Two Brothers Tap House. It uses two new hop varieties. Caramel malt undertones, floral hop notes, soft and pleasant.

Outlaw India Pale Ale has a thick, soapy, off-white head and a clear, orange-gold appearance with some splotchy lacing left around the glass. The aroma is citrus, pine resin, malt, and sugar. The flavor is of hops up front, with bitterness and pine. There is a malt backbone to it and also some sweetness. Mouthfeel is rather light, but it has some ale softness. Outlaw IPA finishes mostly dry and easily drinkable. Overall, this is an excellent beer, and I hope you’re able to sample it. RJT

12 oz. can. Floral, fruity aroma features mango, peach, grapefruit, strawberry, and perfume scents. Dirt and chalk dryness in the smell. Bran muffin and pine scents. Complex aroma that changes as the imbiber sniffs. Very pleasant and just what one wants out of an American IPA aroma. Pours a slightly hazy orange-gold that produces a great glow in the light of the sun. Moderate amount of beige head and good lacing. Attractive and appetizing appearance. Flavors of citrus (especially grapefruit) and pine from the hops. Peach, apricot juice, and sweet muffin. Solid American IPA flavor. Dry finish and very light, dry aftertaste. Soft in the palate, not unlike one of my favorite IPAs, Surly Furious. Light to moderate body. Easy to drink. Wow, Two Brothers Outlaw India Pale Ale is surprisingly good; I’m very impressed! I must say that I am befuddled by the lowly reviews of this outstanding beer on this site. It is refreshing, aromatic, tastes good, looks good, and feels good. For what more can you ask? We’ve all tried many an IPA. I think this is one of the best on the market. It is definitely on the soft, floral, and sweet side of the style, despite what the name may suggest, and perhaps that plays a part in throwing off other raters.

Nice, solid if uneventful IPA. I do like this one. Quite a bit actually. Very well balanced. But, at the end of the day, it’s one of many such IPAs. If you see it on the shelf, buy it. Not worth a trade, however.

***WANTED*** for being an easy sipping, hop-n-malt bang bang, laced with subtle traces of floral kush. Highly evasive and easily transported across borders and stadium security in crimson 12oz coyote cans. With an innocuous carbonation designed to insidiously carry and distribute the citrus and pine Molotov, this Outlaw should be considered armed and dangerous, mostly due to the penetrating effects of both its malt-bomb attack and devilishly charming drinkability. Consider yourself compromised if you’ve had more than one. Call your posse for backup. Do not confront alone. ***REWARD*** definitely.

12oz can poured into a tumbler glass. Clear light copper color with a decent of white head. Hoppy nose (some pine, tropical and faint citrus notes), with caramel and some grass. Sweet caramel malt flavors, with firm bitterness and hop flavor (citrus peels). Medium bodied, pleasant bitter aftertaste, and high drinkability. Nice.

Pours with a massive head. Robust aroma and the hops are sweet and pure, very pronounced. Seems like extreme care was taken in getting quality ingredients. great IPA

Nice smooth and creamy, it goes down nice and malty but the hops come in a second tier and gives it a wonderful overall flavor, perfect for a casual IPA drinker ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Pours kind of an ugly orange-brown with very little head. Nose is nice grapefruit with a little tropical touch. Taste adds some nice malt sweetness.

From a can into a Silly Scotch chalice. Pours clear amber with big head and lace. Aroma of grains and malts. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of amber malts, minerals, caramel, straw hops, slight pine hops, floral hops...overall rich and tasty with a little funky astringency at the end.

Sweeter IPA. Great mix of flavors. Smooth finish with some tang. Nothing that makes it an exceptional IPA but solid.
