3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cloudy brown, with a small, off-white head. Quite a sour nose, with slight cherry notes, and oak. Somewhat watery, light cherry flavor, not very sour at all. Good start on the lambics for the Ebels, but a way to go.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Great aroma of cherries and a light sourness. Flavor was allright but just a little bland and dusty. Not much of a sourness at all to this just a light tartness. Not a bad attempt at all. Really dry not much sweetness at all.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Had this at a beer taste a year ago and was impressed enough to buy 2 bottles at $8+ a pc. Finally cracked the first today. It had been in my fridge since around xmas. Big dark cherry aroma and some wood. Deep garnet color with no head. Taste was big dark cherry for an instant then it turned tart and woody with hints of funk and oak in a dryish finish. Mouth feel was not what I was hoping for as it was too thin and too dry. It got better as it warmed tho. Someone when I bought stated that this was 8% abv. I highly doubt that. Compared to Quelque Chose(sp) this was disappointing.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a very dark brown with just the slightest red hint to it. Head is full of carbonated bubbles gathering at the top. Smell is tart cherries. Taste is tart cherries and a little funk. Most impressive is the creamy fullness in the mouthfeel. This has a truly luxurious mouthfeel. A decent beer that given the chance would probably drink again.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma is brett all up in my grill! Lightly tart, sour aroma. Pours Deep, purple, red, with a light white head. Flavor is tart with a sweet final hit. Not horribly fruity, but very bretty. A little more fruit would balance this out nicely, however, good beer nevertheless.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
375 ml magnum corked. pours a very dark reddish purple with a one finger reddish tan head. aroma is tart cherries and oak. has a light to medium body with descent lacing and nice carbonation. flavor is tart cherries and oak with a little yeast. a very nice young lambic, definitely have to cellar and re-rate later on. very smooth tart mouth feel unlike some young lambicís and geuzeís i have had especially acidic wise. kind of has a creamy feel to it as well. aroma does get better as it warms, the sweet cherries also come out more in the aroma and flavor balancing things out a little more.- also had it on tap at charlies ale house which i thought was a little better than the bottle. -more addicting- tart cherries followed by a little sweet and really smooth.-
