Bottle from BottleSelect.com. Pours bright ruddy copper with a slight dark beige head. Aroma is malty with rather earthy hop. Full bodied. Flavor is earthy/resin over rather roasted malt. Thereís a slight burn. Iím betting itís hops. Finishes more resin than earthy. Great stuff.

Bottle Thanks Chris!. Poured clear dark reddish amber color with medium frothy off-white head that was that lasted with excellent lacing. Solid complex toasted malt, citrus and pine hop aroma. Medium to full body with smooth texture with soft carbonation. Full bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. Good brew that exceeded my expectations.

Bottle shared at kerenmkís place. Clear deep red-amber with a beige head. Aroma of piney hops, a bit stale, and caramelly malt, slightly cookie-ish. Flavor has sweet chewy malt, caramelly and a bit biscuity and a bitter resinous hoppy finish with a bit of pine and light stale notes. Medium to full-bodied, a bit oily, with some alcohol. A bit too heavy.

Sample at 101 Beer Kitchen. The beer pours a clear deep reddish color with a medium foamy off-white head that recedes slowly. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt and citrusy hops. Medium to full body with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and caramel malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Bottle. Sweet cherry, orange, and caramel malt aroma. Chestnut with moderate head. Sweet orange, caramel malt and moderately bitter orange peel flavor. Alcoholic aftertaste. Nicely fruity.

Draft at Drafting Room Exton. Pours hazy ruby with minimal head. Nose was vinous fruit, hops, caramel malt. Tasted of caramel malt, hops, some vinous fruit, but the hops didnít pop. Seemed a bit flat also. Not bad, but not a world beater.

12oz bottle, lot 3132. Pine, orange citrus nose. Clear red color. Good thin khaki head. Leaves some lace. Good big piney hoppy flavor. Kinda spicy, some citrus. Nice big bitter taste. Light zest to this. Bigger body. Lighter crisp carbonation. Dry finish, not sticky. Very good stuff, went through mine fast. Nice spicy-piney hop aftertaste.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2013 Bottle. Clear rich amber pour with a smaller light beige head. Citrus and grassy hops on aroma and taste. Quite sharp bitterness in this. Not a bad brew.

Draft at The Brass Tap - U Square, served in a flight. Pours a mostly clear orange-amber with a moderate off-white head that laces the glass while settling into a ring and an island of film. Citrus and tropical fruits, with caramel, faint rye, wheat, juicyfruit gum, and resin. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a sweet, resinous, malty mouthfeel. I thought Iíd had this one before, but itís been a long time since Iíve visited a Two Brothers offering.
