2.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
UPDATED: OCT 13, 2013 Decent aroma from a can, something like fresh pine cones, but mild. dRANK FIRST FROM THE CANTHEN POURED INTO A GLASS. after IT GOES INTO THE GLASS IT LOOKS LIKE ANY ANOTHER PALE ALE, PERHAPS A LITTLE DARKER, not much. Taste continues trying to be IPA thing but of course it lacks the punch of an ipa, just a shade of that going on here. Typical medium apa this is. Yes, not offensive and it does seem to have manners, like its afraid to insult you with those somewhat annoying ale attributes. Mild pine sap finish.

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2013 Can pour..light golden color with 1 finger worth head..aroma is indeed passion fruit as stated on can with a burst of honeydew..cantaloupe and other fruits..light bodied yet full of bursting citrus qualities that manages to have an amazingly dry finish..this is a fine pale ale that is quite balanced between the hops and malt action..really pleased to be able to get this and clearly worth seeking out..

12oz can pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma of bready caramel malts with tropical hops. Very sessionable crisp clean hop bite, not overwhelming, resinously bitter all well balanced with some citrus and tropical fruits and a clean caramel malt. Very drinkable! Nice one to drink from the can.
