India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

UPDATED: SEP 22, 2011 1. Look – A hazy light golden IPA with a big frothy white head. 2. Sniff – A big hoppy aroma with some pine and citrus notes. 3. Sip – This is a light bodied IPA that is loaded with hops. There is a dry long-lasting citrusy bitter finish that makes this a memorable IPA. 4. Another Look – There is a nice long lasting head and with consistent lacing throughout. 5. Evaluate – Overall, I really enjoy this beer. It is a very easy drinking IPA with a big kick finish. I absolutely love the aroma of this IPA. I would most definitely recommend to IPA lovers.

12oz bottle from Pick’s poured into a shaker. Pours a cloudy orange with 1 finger of white head. Aroma of citrus, pine and grapefruit. Taste is medium bitter. Very piney and citrusy. Medium bodied with a slick yet creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a long bitter finish. Overall, very good. Probably one of my favorite IPAs for everyday drinking.

Citrus aroma overtakes you upon opening. This one is sticky in the glass with plenty of lacing. Nice and sweet up front. A little bit of caramel. This gives way to piney hops at the end. A little high on the alcohol content which affects the mouth feel. Overall this a good every day drinker though!

A - Pours a clear golden-orange color with a frothy finger of white head atop. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some nice lacing. S - Aroma is a mix of sweet caramel malts and citrus and piney hops. There is also just a bit of bready malts in the background. T - Starts off with a mix of sweet caramel malts and some citrus hops with a bit of bitterness. Through the middle, the bitterness gets a bit stronger and the piney hops start to come through alongside some stronger citrus hops. The finish is a bit stronger on the piney hops and resin with some nice bitterness and some sweet caramel malts that linger. M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a nice dry mouthfeel from the bitterness. D - Very drinkable. Very nice hop malt balance with a solid hop profile. Very smooth and drinkable, even with a slightly high abv.

On tap. Golden in color, hops on the nose. Citrusy hops in flavor, very well balanced with malts. Great everyday beer.
