COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

Slightly orange, slightly lemon, slightly Norwegian Spruce. Sweet and bitter with a zesty character. Light amber with a slight haze (thanks non-filtration). Ample head which stays for ages slightly masking the nose. Sweet and sharp with a bitter finish, not unlike a pink grapefruit - pith included. This beer balances very nicely on the palate with medium weight, and smooth, slightly creamy texture. Persistent bubbles make for a lively mouthful. The finish is swamped in citrus and sweet malt, with a bitterness which lingers, reminding me again of the grapefruit pith. Overall this is an awesome beer. 16 oz cans make this an even better experience. Don;t be put off by the fishy packaging.

Golden, good lacing and head retention. Nice aroma, peach and floral. Smooth taste and bitterness. Very light IPA.

Of course, world class IPA albeit a mild (smooth) one. In thinking about this beer, I recommend to those who would like the "smooth" version of a great IPA. There are only a handful go great IPA’s IMO and several commercially agreeable others. This is also a world class IPA and you cannot go wrong with this one.

A crisp clean well balanced IPA. I would call it a light IPA or north east style IPA (not overly hopped or in your face). Hard to come by in Colorado....so it's a real treat.

Pours a darker golden with plenty of foamy white head. Citrus, floral notes, some pine on the nose; follows onto the palate. Very smooth on the palate. Finishes with a nice hop bite. Very good.

Bottle from trade with Douberd, many thanks Christos. Nice floral, citrus hoppy aroma. Taste, solid malty base with honey followed by nice hoppy kick with grapefruit, tangerines, grapefruit, orange peel, grapefruit zest. Long hoppy finish. Tasty.

Bottle, courtesy of Cuso, many thanks for this jewel. Pours hazy orange color, white head. Aroma is full of citrus, orange, grapefruit, lemon, caramel, pine. Taste is excellent, medium bitter, medium sweet, grapefruit, orange, hints of caramel, raisins. Nice bittersweet fruity finish, very nice one.

12 ounce bottle poured a mug. Fabulous hoppy ipa. The centennial hops hit you from start and dont let up.

Can @ a lousy hotel room in Orlando FL. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Lots if orange peel, hops, citrus, peach, lemon curd. Really nice and refreshing. If I could get this in Denmark for $12 for six I wouldn’t drink anything else.
