India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

Grapefruit, caramel, citric, pineapple, ABV well integrated. Slightly hazy amber colour, medium off-white head, lacing. Big resinous bite, mid-sweet, lots of grapefruit and light pineapple in the taste. Medium body, average carbonation, bitter finish. Longed to try this for years.

Caramel orange clear color with foam ring. Very fresh grassy and forestry nose. Creamy smooth mouth feeling and nice balanced hoppy bitterness. No tartness and a smooth silky finish and light bitter aftertaste.

Bell’s Two Hearted Ale has a thin-to-medium white head, a somewhat hazy, bubbly, orange-gold appearance, with some stringy lacing left behind. The aroma is of apricot-like hop oils and sweet, white bread. Taste is of those elements, with pronounced, but in now way harsh, bitterness. Mouthfeel is high medium, and Bell’s Two Hearted Ale finishes dry and highly drinkable. RJT

35,5cl bottle at Pudel, Tallinn. Pours almost completely clear amber with a small, off-white head. First impression is that it’s incredibly balanced and fairly smooth. Solid hoppy aroma with fruity and floral notes, light citrus, pale malt and hints of caramel. Medium to moderate sweet with complex and balanced hoppy flavours and a fine bitterness. Tasty, smooth and dangerously drinkable.

50cl can: Hazy orange-golden color. Classic Centennial hop aroma wafting from the glass right away - fruity, sweet sticky tropical pineapple, raspberry, orange and cannabis. This is not a light session IPA, which is clear from the first sip. A sturdy biscuit-caramel malt complexity adds a light sweetness to the dense and abundant resinous hops. Outstanding and well-rounded.
