Commercial Description:
India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

Pours a hazy, deep golden orange with a creamy white head. Strong hoppy aroma with grapefruit and flowery notes. Light malts in the flavor, but mostly sweet hops. Wonderfully crisp finish and easy to drink.

Light amber pour with a nice white head. The hoppy aroma hits you during the pour and continous doing do for the duration of the drink, and until you wash the glass. Citrus is also noticeable. The flavor is well balanced between the hops, malt, and alcohol, which isn’t really noticeable. The taste of the hops stick with you. Yeah. I’d be drinking this by my firepit right now if it wasn’t raining.

Bottle: Hazy orange yellow color with a creamy off white head. Aroma is light citrus fruit added with hops. Taste is citrus but not crazy and hops. Not harsh and very drinkable.

Pint served at Lunar Brewing. A hazy golden/amber pour with a medium foamy head and good lacing. The aroma was not over powering but subtle notes of pine, and a combo of citrus and apricot, which gave off a touch of sweetness. The flavor offered the same notes along with a nice, steady bitterness. Carried a medium balance of malt and hop through to the finish. A flavorfull, but lighter IPA than many.

On tap at Old Chicago. Hazy orange pour with nice carbonation and lacing. Hoppy and citrus aroma. Flavor was rich on the hops, grapefruit, bitter herbs. Excellent brew, one of my favorite IPA’s.

Tried this about a year ago, and was very impressed. I purchased this at Bruisin Ales in North Carolina. I was veyr pleased to see that they had this beer in stock. Nice fluffy head that sticks around for awhile. Nice rich dark orange color that looks great. Very nice citrus and grapefruit hop. Very pungent aroma that is amazing. For an IPA, this is great. This is the second IPA I have had this evening that has come close to tasting/smelling like an Imperial/Double IPA. More of the citrus hop than anything. This is just a lovely smelling beer. Wow, nice smooth palate with a nice citrus/pine hop finish to follow the aroma. One of the best IPAs I have ever had. An awesome IPA.

Pours a cloudy orange with enough of a head. Citrus and floral hops evident. Drinks very easy and gives a wonderful mouthfeel after. Would easily consider this my staple IPA.

The beer is welcomes with a citrussy tangy smell. The beer is smooth throughout. Personally, I would describe beer as jaunty... I don’t even know what that means. The color is like the color of your piss after waking up after a long night of drinking. Brings back good memories of fun nights! The beer ends with a bit of astringency - maybe sanitizer?
