COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

Pours amber with a fluffy white head that has good lacing. The aroma is very hoppy. The flavor is very well balanced with hops, but not overbearing and a citrus taste. This is a very good beer.

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2006 Wonderful floral hop aroma. Pours out with a nice bubbly and slighly lacy head... slight haze to the fine deep gold colour. The flavor is heavily hopped (as would be expected of an IPA), sweet mild fruity tones, very inviting for the next taste. A hair bit on the bitter side for the aftertaste but overall an excellent IPA..

Slighty hazy orange with a small white head. Smells and actually tastes a bit like oranges. Very refreshing. Floral, but not too piney. Good beer, maybe a tad over-rated.

Pours a clear yellowish-orange color with a thick off-white head. Strong grapefruit aroma on this one with huge hops complimenting the grapefruit. Flavor is very strong on the grapefruit, maybe almost too much. Finishes off with hops that linger on the palate for awhile. Still a very delicious IPA.

UPDATED: APR 6, 2006 My first India Pale Ale! Has a very fruity, banana scent. Excellent to sup with. A fresh, fruity , and herbal (?) orange taste to it with a zing at the end. It does have a nostalgic taste to me! It reminded me of orange-flavoured medicine syrups I used to take when I was younger (no wonder I got better real quick!)! A highly recommended IPA! A special thanks to my friend and drinking mate Adam M. for the bottle!

Great IPA, one of the best. I had it in a bottle, but Iíve had it on draft and even on hand-pull at the wonderful Berkeley Front. I would recommend this beer in any form. Nice bitterness to it, wonderful floral smell, and very drinkable if youíve had experience with bitter beers. Not for the faint of heart, but I guess thatís why itís called two-hearted?

This is a perfect iteration of an IPA. Finish is smooth. Hops are abundant and aromatic. An ideal brew for almost any occaision.

I absolutely loved this beer. A unique flavor that Iíve never tasted before. Not like any other IPA. Oranges and Flowers. A new favorite.
