COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2011 Pale gold with a decent white head. Aroma is of honey/nectar sweetness and floral hops. Flavor is more towards the hops, floral with slight citrus and a good, well-integrated bitterness. The honeyish malt sweetness lies just behind this in the balance. This is a delicious beer! but I’m not sure if it’s worthy of being considered the best of the best in IPA’s in my book.

12 oz poured into a pint glass. This beer has very nice aroma of pine and citrus with bitter hops. Appearance us golden with a white head. Palate is medium to light body with a nice bitter finish. Taste is very nice as well with a great balance of hop bitteness and malt. The hops are forefront as they should be for the style. Could be a west coast IPA. Overall, a strong IPA effort.

en mycket stabil IPA som doftar härligt, har god balans och smakar friskt av citrus, grape och humle.

This is my favorite IPA. Great hops citrus aroma, great hops taste and bitterness, but balanced so the hops don’t attack you like Stone Ruination. My favorite beer, really, not just my favorite IPA. Great with food or on its own.

Huge floral hop aroma. Lots of citrus and grapefruit in the nose. Pours a light gold color with a nice creamy head. Tons of sticky, hop goodness in the body. Awesome hop profile. Dangerously good.

UPDATED: AUG 11, 2011 Bottle @ home, courtesy of bushmat1. Thanks Matt! Glowing, light orange appearance with a white head. Orange/grapefruit citrusy, lightly piney hoppy nose that’s almost like an orange creamsicle. Mildly bitter, moderate orange and grapefruit citrusy hoppy, floral, moderately, sweet pale malty flavor. Sweet, citrus hoppy aftertaste. Excellent!
