I’ve been drinking this beer for years, and it is one of my favorites. Hops and citrus (grapefruit) are what you remember about the taste. I’ve poured so many of these, I just smile thinking about pouring another. Good with all kinds of foods, but lamb chops coated in peanut oil with kosher salt, crushed rosemary and green peppercorns is a must.

On tap at OTH. Pours hazy blonde, thick white head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity and floral. Taste, hoppy with nice grapefruit / citrus notes. Light bitter finish, but overall remains a lot sweeter than the West coast ipa’s.

Floral, Piney, Citrusy, and not too much of any... Amazingly balanced... Definitely in the top 10 i’ve ever had...

Aroma is of floral and citrus hops. Pours a nice vibrant orange gold with a lingering foamy head. Initially floral hop flavor followed by grapefruit and lemon notes. Malt is light and toasty and adds just enough balance. Highly quaff-able, enjoyable brew.

12oz. From the bottle. Flavor is piney, floral, and citrus hops. Nice wet finish and crisp hops. One of the best IPA’s i’ve had in a while.

Super dry and crisp flavors of grapefruit, hops, flowers, pine and malt. Went awesome with a french dip sandwich.

Bottle. Pours a brassy, opaque golden color. Aroma of grass cuttings, pine, and citrus - very hop forward. Flavor is bitter and salty, somehow reminding me of the taste of the ocean. Finish is dry as can be - very little sweetness. The mouthfeel is thick, and the alcohol undetectable. Not as complex as I would like, but straightforward and very well made.
