branspra (204), Arlington, Virginia, USA Sep 8, 2008 Bottle. Actually a bit disappointing as I typically love Bell’s beers and had heard many great things regarding Two Hearted. Large and frothy head with a yellow color. Aromas of herbs, pine, and grapefruit. Moderately bitter with a short duration of flavor. WakeandBake (422), Greenville, Michigan, USA Sep 7, 2008 Updated: Jun 8, 2009Bottle.Pours a hazy cloudy orange with a creamy offwhite head that laces well. Aroma is beautiful very floral and hoppy ,some notes of grass and pine. The flavor is much of the same with some malt background, citrus, hops and a hint of spice. This is amazingly smooth and drinkable for an IPA. It finishes quite crisp and delicious on the palate. It manages to not get you with that harsh bitterness. This is a great beer .Delicious!
joekinty (263), rockledge, Florida, USA Sep 4, 2008 great refreshing beer you could say nothing bad about it just taste really damn good Steinface (77), Hatfield, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 2, 2008 Had out of the bottle. Creamy head that sticks around. Quite honestly the best IPA I’ve had yet maugus4ever (121), Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA Sep 1, 2008 Pours a nice copper with an off-white head. Has a floral hop aroma, but it has a great balance of malts, making this IPA taste fantastic. The bitter hops are present throughout the tasting experience, yet the malts smooth it out perfectly. It has a delicious bitter finish that leaves you wanting more. I highly recommend this beer. ahalloin (54), Arlington, Virginia, USA Aug 29, 2008 This beer pours a dark coppery hazy color with a full off-white head that lingers for quite a while. The aroma is strong for sweet grapefruit and pine with a underlying sweet caramel quality. In the flavor, one finds pine, lemon, dark dried fruits, and sourdough bread. The beer finishes with a bitter tang. The palate is medium-large. Great IPA! timsilvia32 (445), from Michigan now in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA Aug 28, 2008 Cloudy copper pour, off cream head. Floral with some malty aromas. Citrus, biscuit, raisin, malt a good mix of flavors going on here, real good for an IPA. Bitter hop finish lingers just enough. Better on draft if you can get it IMO. Another good potent Bell’s offering. laguerita (111), Chicago, Illinois, USA Aug 27, 2008 HOPS! Bitter! YAY! definitely one of my faves. super easy to drink which is amazing considering the mix of strong flavors.
