My lord this stuff is tasty. My first draught beer (just turned 21). I usually love the bitterness of IPAs, which this doesn’t have, but the stuff was incredible. Had it with a $2.50 large pizza- if anybody is ever in Muncie, IN GO to the Heorot! w00t! elektrogeist (158), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Now I’ll have to try Bells other brews while I’m out here.. 1FastSTi (2591), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA

Served at about 58 degrees, this one is really scrumptious. The aroma is oranges and pine hopes with some sweet caramel malts. Poured a orangish color with an awesome head and lacing. The palate was dry, well carbonated, and had a good mouthfeel. The flavor was very good. Lots of pine and orange hops with sweet caramel malts. Mmmm.... How a man could part with this is unknown. It’s SOOO good. frankenkitty (1903), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA

Great hop aroma and a nice crisp taste. Not over the top and not too pine resin-like. A little different that some of my other favorite IPAs. A little smoother to drink. | 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Mar 3, 2006 Bottle. A great IPA. Orange/copper with a slight haze and thin creamy white head. Aroma is not quite citrus, but more orange/orange peel with herbal hoppiness. Well-balanced flavor tips over into a nicely bitter hop finish. Smooth and slightly crisp mouth feel. Not as good from the bottle as it is on tap, but still one of the best IPA’s out there in my book. CP (124), USA
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Feb 12, 2008 This is one beer that lives up to the hype. It has all the features, aromas, and tastes of a traditional IPA, but is very well balanced. The beer is a cloudy orange coloration with a minimal white head. It is easy to drink because the alcohol isn’t noticeable. Some IPAs I have had have a strange bitter aftertaste or are overloaded with certain flavors. Not so with this one. This is one I will have again. lightning9191 (82), Christiansburg, Virginia, USA

The flavor is dominated by hops, but a great malty finish. This beer is well balanced. The body is medium with medium carbonation. This is a great beer and will remain in my drinking rotation!!!
