12oz. bottle - pours cloudy, unfiltered orange/gold with a big, frothy white head. Aroma is very grapefruity, piney and extremely floral. All hops. Flavour is equally hoppy, a little more earthy/grassy than the aroma but still packs a big hit of citrus. Bitterness follows, but this is a very smooth and very well balanced IPA, highly drinkable. Spicy and crisp in the finish with a lingering hop aftertaste. Lovely beer.

Jul 20, 2008 12oz bottle. Thanks to TheEpeeist. Pours hazy golden with a fine stable creamy white head & handsome lacings. Nose is hoppy - lots of fruity citrus & floral notes. Overall a hoppy IPA with just a touch of bready malts. Pine, grapefruit & citrus. Very fresh & crisp. Long lasting bitter end! This is quality! Very nice!

Jul 20, 2008 Bottle thanks to Alobar! Probably the best IPA I’ve ever head. Aroma of grapefruits and pine. Beautiful combination of sweet malts, citrusy and earlthy pines. Has good, lasting bitterness but not over the top. An exceptionally well made beer.

Jul 16, 2008 Thought I had rated this one. Similar in some ways to Hopslam, just not as beautiful as it. Definitely an easy beer to drink, has great hoppy flavor and good bitterness.

Jul 15, 2008 On draft, had a simply breathtaking aroma - tons of pine, some citrus, just a real breath of fresh air and was a good introduction for the flavors soon to come. Appearance was pretty good, a nice dark ipa burnt amber. Flavor is quite bitter, too bitter, but pleasant - 12 oz. took me a while to finish. Palate was great as usual with Bell’s. Overall, just a great beer when you’re in the mood for something extra hoppy and powerfully bitter. Perfect for summertime sipping.
