Double Dead Guy Ale
Look - Beautiful amber/orange color. Nice off white head. Looks thick.
Smell - malty sweetness, hoppy, grapefruit hop notes, citrusy/fruity and a hint of floral/pine hop.
Taste - oh...my...god! This is amazing! Alcohol is present, hoppy and sweet maltyness to it. Hop taste is just like the smell.
Yuengling Chesterfield Ale
Look - Yellowy, crappy. Looks like piss
Smell - horrible, like a dead skunk.
Taste - corona, but suckier. Horrible. Carbonated water/apple cider. That’s it.
Bells 2 Hearted IPA/Ale is a very hoppy yet well balanced IPA. Don’t get me wrong, its hoppy, but I’m a hophead so well balanced in an IPA means there’s a lot of bitterness but an uder laying tone of malty sweetness. The look of this beer is an orange amber color with a nice head off white head. It smells of floral, and piny hops but is still very inviting. The taste is piny, and floral just like the smell. Really smooth. Maltyness is subtle.

Jul 20, 2008 12oz bottle. Thanks to TheEpeeist. Pours hazy golden with a fine stable creamy white head & handsome lacings. Nose is hoppy - lots of fruity citrus & floral notes. Overall a hoppy IPA with just a touch of bready malts. Pine, grapefruit & citrus. Very fresh & crisp. Long lasting bitter end! This is quality! Very nice!

Jul 20, 2008 Bottle thanks to Alobar! Probably the best IPA I’ve ever head. Aroma of grapefruits and pine. Beautiful combination of sweet malts, citrusy and earlthy pines. Has good, lasting bitterness but not over the top. An exceptionally well made beer.

Jul 16, 2008 Thought I had rated this one. Similar in some ways to Hopslam, just not as beautiful as it. Definitely an easy beer to drink, has great hoppy flavor and good bitterness.

Jul 15, 2008 On draft, had a simply breathtaking aroma - tons of pine, some citrus, just a real breath of fresh air and was a good introduction for the flavors soon to come. Appearance was pretty good, a nice dark ipa burnt amber. Flavor is quite bitter, too bitter, but pleasant - 12 oz. took me a while to finish. Palate was great as usual with Bell’s. Overall, just a great beer when you’re in the mood for something extra hoppy and powerfully bitter. Perfect for summertime sipping.
