22 oz bottle bought from "Roths Vista Market" in Salem. $4.99 Bad news (usually) this pours horrible with a huge head..waiting,waiting,waiting for it to subside.OK now its a slightly hazy orange beer..the huge head is off white. Aroma mainly floral hop with a a goodish caramel malt backing. Taste again floral..with weak caramel malts slightly spicy,yeasty..almost a Belgian tinge to this..i expect this beer is old and possible infected..it was not in the refrigerated area. Palate is fine..low carbonation but this might be because it is old. What to say? THis beer is infected but luckily its tasting like a Belgian Ale and im still going to drink it.

22oz bottle picked up at John’s market. Pours out a dirty gold topped with a tall fluffy sand head. Nose is pine grass hops and lots of malts. Taste is lacking hops but has lots of malt. This was a pretty not so good ipa.

Bomber from Belmont Station. Pours hazy gold with a foamy white head. Aroma seems dusty floral. Med body. Flavor is a bit odd. Touch of cooked treacle. Otherwise arguably floral hop. It is bitter. Just that unusual flavor. Maybe some odd floral flavor I can’t recognize. Not a fan.

Bottle:   Somewhat of a sweaty and piney IPA.   Decent bitterness follows.   Becomes a bit citrusy.   Starts out whacky, comes back with a bit of citrusy sweetness, bitterness, and a bit of that powdery sugar like dryness that is like Danish IPAs.   Sweeter example, but decent.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark golden color with a moderate white head on it. Nose is very slightly floral, but has almost no smell to it at all. Taste seems light and fresh, but again doesn’t have all that much substance to it. Not much to this beer.

I try to share the love on Oregon beers, and most earn it. This beer stinks. It was so bad I wondered if I had gotten a skunky, flat beer, but it poured well and had a decent head. It just sucked. I’m not sure how a brewer who lives in Oregon could brew this and say, "yeah, this is our IPA!"

Bomber from Albertsons. Pours a clear yellow color with a large white head. A mellow orange and tea nose, some floral hops. The flavor is more oranges, light biscuit, some caramel, yeast. Fairly dry with herbal tea elements. Pretty light and nice.

Draught. Pours cloudy orange with white head. Aroma is a good citrus. Flavour is hoppy without being a total hop bomb. Naartjie like finish

Grumbler from the brewery in Sherwood. This is a fairly new brewery and the tasting room is pretty small, but nice with a decent sized back room. Very enjoyable to grab a beer while chatting with the brewer. Pours a cloudy golden color with a fine white head. Smell is slightly sweet with hoppy tones. Taste is similar, but I taste a little more sweet than hoppy. Not quite as good as the Dubbel that I tried while I was there, but an enjoyable beer nonetheless. I expect that things will only get better.
