3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap. Hazy pale yellow with a short lived fizzy white head. Strong alcohol apple and oddly enough almost tequila like aroma (from the agave I guess - it could just be my tumor). Earthy musty barrel taste up front followed by sweet apple cider flavors with a silky almost crisp palate. Interesting cider.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
750, capped. Absolute geysering gusher. Pours a hazy and very pale gold with floaties. Loose bubbly head that doesn’t stick around. Some rising carb for a while. Dry woody nose, with that agave tang and some sour apple goodness. Fizzy medium body. Sour apples, woody vanilla, and husky cactus on the mid palate. Dry and thin, neither as refreshing nor as flavorful as might have been hoped.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Triple Rock. Pours with a hazy yellow hued body with minimal head formation or signs of carbonation. Aromas of sweet apple, a bit spicy, light oak, sulfur, apple and white wine. Acidic aroma. Flavors are HOT! Very fusel forward. Medium acidity. Light oaky notes. Acidity lingers and gets stronger towards the finish. Quite dry, sulfury and rough. Dry with medium to light carbonation. Warming!
