3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sample at 21st Amendment on 8/10/10. Clear yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma literally is of non-spiced apple cider; doesn’t have any of the white wine notes that a lot of ciders have. Flavor is tart green apples with a crisp dry white wine finish.
