Very nice. I had the joy of this one at the Sac brewers showcase. Good stuff. Sweet, tart and lovely. Cidery and tasty. Yumm

Sample at Rubicon on 8/7/10. Clear yellow pour with no head. Aroma of apples (wouldn’t have known they were Pink Lady if it wasn’t in the name; I’m not that good) and the rest is pretty much like a riesling. Apple flavor with sweet white wine character throughout. My notes say it’s like a semi-sweet mead without honey, but that sounds pretty much like a sweet white wine.
