COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Two Roads interpretation of this emerging beer style naturally takes a road less traveled. Unlike other versions, ours employs an American ale yeast and no spices. The result is a soft wheat backdrop that accentuates the Pacific Northwest hop character.

Cat at #RATXV. From the can so no pour. Aroma of banana peel, pine and twizzlers. Taste is a malty, lemon, sage and hoppy belgian beer. Meh.

Tasting glass draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. I asked & I was told that there is no honey in this. I thought that Honeyspot was the brewery name. Hazy pale citrus, creamy white. Nose is weirdly sweet, cornflakes, white sugar, candy, touch cardboard wheat. Taste is weirdly sweet, white sugar, aspirin, cardboard wheat, weird bitterness, medicine & floral, artificial lemon,… Touch metallic. Not a fan to be honest.

A bit of the hop scent, but not too strong. Lightly colored, and light on the hop flavor as anticipated. More on the white side than IPA side, ok in small amount

Smak i odczucie w ustach: słodycz z delikatnym podkładem z pszenicy, złamana kwaskowością, kolendra i chmielowa kontra. Goryczka (głównie owocowa) wyraźna, w okolicach średniej, trochę drażniąca i umiarkowanie długa. Średnia pełnia, umiarkowane do wysokiego wysycenie, lekko szczypiące odczucie w ustach i odrobinę alkoholowy finisz z utrzymującą się w przełyku kwaskowością. Nic specjalnego. Polskie eksperymenty w tym stylu były ciekawsze, np. Trzech Kumpli - Pan IPAni.

Pours a hazy light yellow with low white head which fades quickly. Pleasant aroma of melon, pineapple and orange. Lots of citrus in the nose. Taste is citrusy at first but quickly changes to bitter, like a citrus zest.

JKJ 04/12/2015 interesting appearance. More articulate matter and carbonation than expected, but taste is good. Must admit that it's the most interesting beer I've ever seen. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

US State 22/51. Bottle from Rudat in Dortmund. The beer has got a hazy yellow-whitish colour with an airy low head and medium body. Yeast pieces floating in it. The beer has got an aroma of yeast, hops and flowers. Taste of fresh hops, Belgian yeast, flowers, citrus fruits and mandarinas. Hints of herbs. Easy and smooth to drink, refreshing. Good and solid one.

My Bottom Line:
Citrus fruit and elderberries contribute juiciness, as a mineral touch diversifies this quenching White IPA.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the misty pale golden.
-White grapes also appear here and there.
-Bitterness is moderate, which increases drinkability in this case.
-This is one of the bright spots in their very professional lineup.

On tap at the brewery taproom.
